Jade has been Executive Director of PCTA-PESPA for 31 years. Before that he taught for 6 years in Pinellas at Safety Harbor and Largo Junior High and Largo High. He has a Bachelors Degree from USF in Speech-English Education, with additional majors in Broadcasting and Speech - Rhetoric/Public Address. He has a Masters Degree in Guidance from USF. more...
